Job Description :

The dispatch call representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls and dispatching them to the appropriate departments or individuals. They will also be responsible for tracking and monitoring deliveries and ensuring that they are completed on time. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a call center or dispatch rol
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with dispatch software and tracking systems
