- Intel Core i3 or higher (or AMD equivalent) is required
- 4 GB RAM(Preferably 8 GB or more) for multitasking requirements
- USB Headset with Noise cancelling feature
- Internet service 5 Mbps and up (DSL , Fiber or Cable only))
- Backup internet service of 5 Mbps or more
- Workstation free form any Noise and Distractions
- Backup for Power Outage: Generator/UPS or Alternative location
- Webcam with Full HD (1080p) video capture
Mac

- Has experience working on graveyard shift for at least 3 months
- Has used any time tracking tool and comfortable in using it
- Skill Certification for those applying for specialist positions
