Job Description :

The telemarketing call representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting products or services. They will also be responsible for maintaining a database of customer information and tracking their interactions with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, be able to multitask, and have experience working in a telemarketing or sales role.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a telemarketing or sales role
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with sales software and customer relationship management systems
