Job Description :
The client services call representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring that all customer information is up to date. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have experience working in a customer service role.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer service software and account management systems
